GHANA QUALIFIES FOR THE AFRICAN WORLD CUP 2022 PLAY-OFFS.

Ghana beat South Africa 1-0 at Cape Coast on Sunday to pick the sole ticket in Group G of the African FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 qualifiers.

With Ghana captain Andre Ayew scoring on his 100th cap for the Black Stars sends Ghana through to the final phase of the 2022 World Cup qualifiers. The Black Stars of Ghana only needed a draw to seal and progress but a subdued performance from the Stars saw the team grind out a 1-0 victory to steal the only slot available in group G from the penalty spot.
